Purpose of Course:

This course provides an overview of the RUCKUS Analytics cloud solution. It demonstrates how an administrator can use the RUCKUS Analytics dashboards to analyze network events, to generate reports on network resources and operations, and describes how to use the Data Explorer to analyze network data in complex ways on personalized dashboards.

Who should attend:

This course is designed for a general audience including but not limited to CommScope/Ruckus sales personnel, system engineers, VARs, Partners, network managers, support personnel, and company employees desiring a high-level understanding of all Ruckus products.

Course Objectives:

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

• Describe all the basic capabilities of the RUCKUS Analytics cloud service
• Apply role-based access controls to users
• Connect a SmartZone controller to RUCKUS Analytics and license Access Points for data collection
• Leverage RUCKUS Analytics to view network incidents, assess network health and troubleshoot wireless issues
• Describe and configure the Service Validation Beta feature included in release 1.3
• Create reports detailing components and operations of RUCKUS wired and wireless networks
• Use the Data Explorer to perform complex analysis and create custom data collection dashboards
